To request a police detail, please call the desk officer at 781-944-1212. We request that at least 24 hours’ notice is given for detail requests.

The Reading Police Department deeply respects the privacy of its citizens. We will not release your name or contact information except as necessary to resolve your complaint.  If you wish to file a complaint anonymously, you may leave out your name and contact information from the form above.

Pay a Parking Ticket

The Reading Police Department can now accept online payment for parking citations. This can be done through the following service: visit the Kelley and Ryan Associates, Inc. website. Accepted forms of payments are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and ECheck. There is a 3.2% convenience fee added to the ticket with a minimum of $3 for credit cards. There is a $0.50 convenience fee when using an ECheck. This must be done online using the above application. Credit cards can not be taken at the Police Station. Payment by checks and cash are still accepted at the Records Office when paid within 21 days. Tickets paid after 21 days at the Records Office is cash only.
