Our next COVID-19 vaccine clinic is scheduled for 06/08/23, at Coolidge Middle School from 3pm- 5pm. 
***Flu vaccines are also available for ages 3+ and older***


The following will be available based on the most recent FDA/CDC emergency use authorizations:

For ages 3 through 64 (not immunocompromised)

Primary vaccine series for anyone ages 3+

• 1 Booster of Pfizer Bivalent COVID vaccine for anyone ages 5+ who has completed a primary vaccine series of any authorized or approved COVID-19 vaccine at least 2 months after last dose or last monovalent booster dose (Please note that only 1 dose of bivalent booster is authorized at this time regardless of time since your last dose)

• 1 Booster of Moderna Bivalent COVID vaccine for anyone 12+ who has completed a primary series of any authorized or approved COVID-19 vaccine at least 2 months after last dose or last monovalent booster dose (Please note that only 1 dose of bivalent booster is authorized at this time regardless of time since your last dose)

For ages 65+ and Immunocompromised patients ages 5 and up *NEW FDA/CDC approval*

A 2nd Pfizer or Moderna bivalent booster may be given (Ages 65+ at least 4 months after the 1st Bivalent booster, and Immunocompromised ages 5+ at least 2 months after 1st Bivalent booster)
